1. Title Company Submission

Your property information has now been submitted to our title company. There’s no action required from you at this point, but feel free to reach out to the title company or myself with any questions you may have about the process.

2. “My Home” Email

You should receive an email titled “My Home” within the next few days. This email will include a simple online form for you to fill out and submit. This is important for our title company to quickly determine any pay-off amounts (the total amount owed on your home).

3. Property Visit

Soon, I’ll be in touch to schedule a one-hour visit to your property. This is to introduce our contracting crew and investor partners to your property. They’ll ensure we’ve budgeted the repair work correctly and that there are no major repair needs such as foundation work, electrical, or plumbing issues that weren’t apparent during the earlier walkthrough.
